Resizing Your Images

One potential reason for your mockups exporting as blank screens might be related to the dimensions of your screenshots. If your screenshot is considerably large, you may want to consider resizing it to a more manageable size and then trying to place it in your mockup again. This simple adjustment could potentially resolve the issue.


Use Web Version of Figma

It appears there is a known issue affecting our plugin and similar plugins when used in the desktop version of Figma. Specifically, the plugin is only rendering a black screen when operated in the desktop environment.

However, there is a workaround. If you access your file and run the plugin using the web version of Figma, it should work correctly. It seems there have been recent changes in how Figma renders images in the desktop version, which may have disrupted the functionality of some plugins.

Please try using the web version as a temporary solution, and do let us know if you encounter further difficulties.


Still doesn't work?
